Q1How can I find out more about exhibitors?

A1Please visit the following website to search information of exhibitors.

Q2How can I contact exhibitors?

A2Exhibitors' Contact Information is available on the Exhibitor Directory.
For the purpose of visitors to request appointments before the show, you may use it and contact exhibitors directly.

Q3How can I enter the show?

A3You will need an invitation ticket and business cards. Please apply for the invitation ticket from the following website.

Q4Is Floor Map available before the show?

A4The Floor Map will be available on the website around 2 weeks prior to the opening date of the show.

Q5How can I apply for Conference?

A5Please visit the following website and complete the application. (Website and session in Japanese)

Q6How can I cancel my application for Conference?

A6Cancellation or change of sessions will not be accepted after completing the application. If the applicant will not be able to make it to the sessions, please have another personnel attend instead.

Q7Can I visit the show with children?

A7No. This is a B-to-B trade show. Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the show.

Q8Is a visa necessary to enter Japan?

A8Show Management does not support VISAs for visitors. Please refer to the "Guide to Japanese Visas" on the website of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan:

Please note that the necessity of a visa varies by nationality of the visitors. For particular details, please contact your nearest Japanese diplomatic mission directly.

Q10Are there any hotels near the venue?

A10Yes. Visit the following hotel information website for details. (Please note that almost all the hotels near the show venue are expected to be fully booked around the show dates. Show Management recommends visitors to book their accommodation for the show in advance.) Reservations for hotels can be made online.

Q11Are there any restaurants or places to buy food and drinks?

Q12Is there free Wi-Fi available at the show?

A12Internet access is available at the "Overseas Lounge" during the show which is located within the exhibition. Please ask the ID and Password at the Overseas Lounge.

Q13Can I leave my luggage at the venue?

A13Yes. Cloakrooms and coin lockers are available on-site. Please refer to the floor map of the show venue.

Q14Can I take pictures at the venue?

A14Recording and photography is strictly prohibited at the exhibition halls and seminar rooms other than authorised press visitors with a press badge.
