Q1How can I find out who is exhibiting?

A1You can search for exhibitors and information about their exhibits on the Exhibitor Directory.
Note: Exhibitor Directory for upcoming show will be available from approx. three months prior to the opening of the show.

Q2I would like to interview the exhibitors, how should I proceed?

Q3I would like to visit the show for coverage, where and how can I register as a press visitor?

A3Please first submit your details to >> urban-e@reedexpo.co.jp
Once the registration is confirmed you will receive an e-mail back from Show Management about the on-site registration procedures at the press room.
Once you have registered on-site, you will receive a press badge which will allow your entry into the show to carry out press activities.
If you have not completed your pre-registration in advance, Show Management may decline your on-site registration so please ensure to register in advance.

Q4I am interested in interviewing the show organiser for my article, how can I arrange a meeting?

A4Please contact the PR representatives of the show.

Q5Will the floor map be ready to view before the show?

A5It will be available online around 2 weeks prior to the opening of the show.

Q6Does Show Management provide VISA support for press visitors?

A6Show Management does not support VISAs for press visitors. Please refer to the "Guide to Japanese Visas" on the website of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
Please note that the necessity of a visa varies by nationality of the visitors. For particular details, please contact your nearest Japanese diplomatic mission directly.

Q7I would like to take some photographs and film the show, will I need to register for this separately?

A7Upon on-site registration at the press room, please collect an arm band from the receptionist and wear it at all time when carrying out any photography or filming. If you would like to take a bird's eye view photo or video of the show ground, please contact the PR representatives of the show in advance.

Q9Are there any hotels near the venue?

A9Yes. Visit the following hotel information website for details. (Please note that almost all the hotels near the show venue are expected to be fully booked around the show dates. Show Management recommend press visitors to book their accommodation for the show in advance.) Reservations for hotels can be made online.

Q10Are there any restaurants or places to buy food and drinks?

A10There are several restaurants at the show venue. Please visit the TOKYO BIG SIGHT official website for details.

Q11Is there free Wi-Fi available at the show?

A11Internet access is available at the "Overseas Lounge" during the show which is located within the exhibition. Please ask the ID and Password at the Overseas Lounge.
